Our screening process follows rigid guidelines established by Affinity Resources to ensure that we only provide qualified candidates to our clients. In order to accommodate client-specific screening requirements, we replicate our program so that it matches your program!

Telephone Screening


An initial telephone screen verifies a candidate’s overall skills.


Personal Interview


Every candidate is personally interviewed in our office to confirm that our candidates meet the hiring criteria of both Affinity and our clients according to the details we have been briefed on.


Testing


We have access to over 1,000 different tests to evaluate computer skills, reading, writing, communication, customer service, manufacturing skills, personality, and many others.  We have the ability to implement specific skills testing depending on the customer’s needs.


Reference Verification


We thoroughly reference every candidate to our company, obtaining detailed technical and personal references from the applicant’s last two jobs,  including quality of work, attendance, technical and interpersonal skills.


I-9 Form


Affinity Resources requires all prospective employees to complete an I-9 form establishing either U.S. citizenship or the right to work  in the United States. Employees must present an original document or documents that  establish identity and employment eligibility within 3 business days of the start date.


E-Verify


U.S. law requires companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States – either U.S. citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization. E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows businesses to determine the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.


Orientation


After an employee accepts an assignment, we provide all job details in our client-specific Employee Handbook. This confirms that from the very first day our employees know where and when to report to work, where to park, whom to report to and other specifics on your job site. We can even provide tours of your facility.


Contract Employee Assurance Program:


Affinity Resources maintains a fully staffed safety and security department to facilitate comprehensive drug screening and background investigations when required by our clients.
